Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and suppliers for smooth execution of works.
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to approved construction methods and materials.
- Track progress against planned schedules and report deviations to project management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision, preferably in residential or redevelopment projects.
- Good understanding of construction methods, site execution practices, and quality requirements.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations, PPE requirements, and site safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and ERP / site reporting systems.
- High discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and compliance.
