This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Site Supervisor specializing in interior design. The role involves managing interior design projects, coordinating with team members and clients, overseeing on-site execution, ensuring project timelines, and maintaining quality standards. The Site Supervisor will also support customer queries and contribute to the project's completion by communicating with stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and Team Leadership
- Skills in Customer Service and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience or proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Knowledge or a background in Interior Design and space planning
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work on-site and oversee field operations effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities as a fresher in the field
