About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day
execution of full-home interior projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating
workers and vendors, monitoring quality, and ensuring projects progress smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior execution at project sites.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, contractors, and other workers.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure required quality standards.
- Coordinate material availability and site requirements.
- Track daily site progress and ensure timelines are followed.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for resolution.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Measurement Executives, vendors, and
- clients as required.
- Verify site conditions and measurements before execution.
- Maintain regular site progress reports and updates.
- Ensure the site is maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
- Handle multiple site activities and priorities effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Fresher – 1 year of relevant site supervision experience.
- Experience in residential interiors/full-home interior projects is preferred.
- Good understanding of interior execution and drawings.
- Ability to coordinate workers, contractors, and vendors.
- Strong quality-control and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Hyderabad.
- Professional and responsible approach to site management.
Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a
- related field.
- Relevant site experience will be considered.
