Site Supervisor

Job Locations : Delhi, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai.

1- In hand experience with site execution and vendor manpoerr management

2. Coordinate with project teams, conduct site visits to assess progress, and identify critical issues or risks.

3. Proactively manage project plans, teams, and timelines, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational goals.

4. Ensure smooth project handover as per client satisfaction and manage snag resolution during the DLP period.

5. Prepare and submit photographic reports for new project site visits to the tender team.

6. Allocate and monitor subcontractor work, ensuring proper execution and reconciliation of project audits vs actuals.

7. Monitor and report team performance, fostering a positive, collaborative.
