Job Description – Site Supervisor (25 KV OHE / PSI)

Position: Site Supervisor

Project: 25 KV Overhead Equipment (OHE) / Power Supply Installation (PSI)

Experience: Minimum 4 - 7 Years

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month

Job Location: Kerala / Tamil Nadu / Chennai

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to 25 KV OHE and PSI railway electrification projects.
• Ensure proper execution of OHE installation, maintenance and electrical infrastructure work.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, technicians and site workers.
• Monitor manpower allocation and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, drawings and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work quality.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records and material usage reports.
• Identify site-related issues and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with railway safety procedures and electrical work standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Railway Electrification / 25 KV OHE projects.
• Hands-on experience in OHE and PSI-related site execution.
• Experience in site supervision and manpower handling.
• Knowledge of railway electrical installation and safety procedures.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Candidates with prior experience in 25 KV OHE and PSI railway projects will be preferred.
