Site Supervisor

ROLE SUMMARY

This role contributes to site execution and on-ground construction management and supports project delivery from site mobilization through daily execution and handover coordination. The Site Supervisor works under the guidance of the Project Engineer and is responsible for overseeing daily site activities, workforce coordination, and ensuring work is executed as per drawings and timelines. This role is suited for candidates with 6 months+ experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure work progresses as per schedule
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth execution
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor material usage and report site requirements to the Project Engineer
• Maintain site discipline, safety standards, and daily progress reporting

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH

•Taking ownership of day-to-day site supervision and task follow-ups

•Coordinating between workers, vendors, and the Project Engineer

•Making basic on-site execution decisions within defined guidelines

•Ensuring quality checks, progress tracking, and timely reporting
