Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Hyderabad. The Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations at project sites, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing site activities, coordinating with contractors and teams, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and monitoring project progress. The role also involves troubleshooting on-site issues and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Site Supervision: Experience in or interior design projects both Modular and onsite works, including overseeing site activities and staff.
• Technical knoweledge on modular fitment.
• Communication and Leadership: Strong leadership abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams and clients.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to address on-site challenges and make informed decisions to ensure project success.
• Time Management and Organization: Proven skills in planning and managing project timelines to meet deadlines.
• ability to read the drawing and explain workers.
• checking 3d designs to 2d drawings for identification of any mismatch.
