Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for overseeing daily construction and interior project activities. This position involves supervising site teams, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring adherence to project plans, safety standards, and quality requirements. The Site Supervisor will manage site documentation, track material usage, and report project status to management. The role also includes resolving on-site issues, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and supporting timely completion of project milestones.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of construction processes, interior fit-out works.
Experience in site supervision, including managing skilled and unskilled labor and coordinating with multiple contractors.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, project plans, and specifications.
Competence in site documentation, basic reporting, and use of common productivity or project tracking tools.
Understanding of workplace safety practices and ability to enforce safety standards on-site.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Prior experience in construction or interior projects; supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is beneficial.
Willingness to work full-time on-site in Chandigarh and adapt to varying project schedules.
