As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our construction projects. Your knowledge of Team Management, Material Management, and Construction Management will be key in overseeing all aspects of our site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers, ensuring they are following safety protocols and meeting quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for the project.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential issues or delays and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all construction activities, including daily reports, material inventory, and project timelines.
