Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility to work from home. The individual will lead a team to ensure system reliability, address infrastructure challenges, and optimize system performance and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing software development processes, managing infrastructure operations, and implementing best practices in system administration. Additionally, the role requires fostering a culture of operational excellence and supporting the professional growth of the engineering team.

Qualifications

• 8-14 yrs of experience
• Proven expertise in Site Reliability Engineering and System Administration
• Strong leadership and Team Management skills to guide and support engineering teams
• Hands-on experience in Software Development and Infrastructure management
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, systems optimization, and maintaining mission-critical systems
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-based environments, automation tools, and CI/CD processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in managing multiple projects and ensuring system uptime is an added advantage
