Job Description

What You Bring (Requirements)

6–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, cloud infrastructure management, and software development.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline).
Azure Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Certified Administrator.
Proven experience supporting large-scale ecommerce platforms and high-traffic digital systems.
Strong expertise in architecting and building distributed, highly available systems.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, in-memory databases, Aerospike, MongoDB Atlas, and Kubernetes (K8s).
Strong experience hardening, scaling, and monitoring Linux-based systems.
Deep understanding of SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and proactive alerting strategies.
Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, NAT, routing, and subnetting.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, Ansible, Packer, or similar tools.
Proficiency in Linux and Python.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
Strong understanding of cloud security principles and site security tools including WAF, DDoS protection, and Azure Front Door.
Experience implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) and high-availability strategies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and scale senior engineering teams.
Experience driving governance initiatives and ensuring compliance with standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
