- Strong software engineering experience with cloud-native application development. Hands-on experience building solutions on AWS/Azure, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks, Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript, designing APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems, AI-enabled automation, agentic workflows, or LLM-based assistants, ServiceNow (ITIL, PM/IM/CM, Automation, Dashboard creation), Jira, Splunk, Datadog, or PagerDuty, API Gateway, REST APIs
