Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automation tools to support deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
  • Monitor production systems and respond promptly to incidents to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and more reliable software releases.
  • Optimize system performance and resource utilization.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
  • Advocate for reliability and automation best practices across teams.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or systems engineering.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
  • Understanding of networking, security, and Linux/Unix systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
