Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in SRE, Infrastructure Support, Cloud Operations, or Systems Administration roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure (IaaS).
- Excellent networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs, firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate / Fortinet firewalls or similar.
- Strong Windows Server administration skills (AD, RDS, file & print).
- Hands-on experience with Datadog monitoring and alerting.
- Experience with incident management, monitoring, and alerting tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-facing experience with clear communication abilities.
- Willingness to work in 24×7 shift-based operations with on-call rotation
