Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve end-to-end reliability and maintainability of SailPoint SaaS services.
Coach engineering teams on observability best practices and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Lead post-incident reviews and define effective preventive actions.
Collaborate with developers to increase system reliability through short-term embedding programs.
Enable engineering teams to scale operations via guidance, best practices, and SRE Center of Excellence initiatives.
Develop and implement automation tools to streamline operations and enhance performance.
Mentor peers on design reviews, code quality, automation, observability, root cause analysis, and self-healing systems.
Influence architectural design, simplification, and consolidation for global-scale operations.
Drive operational excellence to deliver frictionless operations, optimal customer experience, and effective on-call management.
