L2/L3 Production Support Engineer
Location: Bengaluru – EcoSpace, Bellandur
Work Model: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced L2/L3 Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Linux, Shell/Automation Scripting, SQL, Observability, and Scheduling processes.
The role involves supporting production applications, troubleshooting issues, automating repetitive activities, and improving operational efficiency through TOIL reduction.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in L2/L3 Production/Application Support.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux/Unix.
- Strong SQL skills – ability to troubleshoot and analyze production issues using SQL queries.
- Experience with Shell scripting or other automation scripting languages.
- Knowledge of Application/Production Observability and monitoring.
- Experience in TOIL reduction through automation and process improvements.
- Good understanding of job scheduling and scheduling processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.
- Experience working in a production support environment.
Good to Have
- Banking / Financial Services domain knowledge.
- Experience working with critical production applications.
- Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools.

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong Application/Production L2/L3 Support experience, along with Linux, SQL, scripting, observability, and scheduling skills.
Shift Timings
The role involves 3 shifts:
- Early Morning Shift: Hybrid
- General Shift: Hybrid
- Night Shift: Work From Home
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
