Role Purpose
The job requires working in an Agile / DevOps environment, alongside a dynamic, multiskilled team of Engineers, Developers and QA's to provide 24/7 operational support,
including incident and stakeholder management for the various systems and applications. You will design, build, implement and deliver scalable Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions. This
role will be responsible for owning, designing, and optimizing cost and use of our cloud infrastructure environment and building out automation using Infrastructure as Code techniques

Relevant Experience
- 4 Years of relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years in Azure cloud
- Minimum 3 years in using IOC Platforms like Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, amongst others.
- Experience designing and supporting large-scale Azure environments
- Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipeline automation advantageous
- O365 Administration experience advantageous
- Dynamics 365 experience advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities/Kras/Kpis
- Implement enterprise level Azure IaaS solutions and recommend PAAS and SAAS where applicable.
- Align solutions to platform, data, cloud and reference architecture patterns and capabilities.
- Ensure appropriate implementation of technology following all standards and best practices.
- Drive execution for large business initiatives including documentation, roadmaps, communication, and alignment of domain architecture into business, technical plan.
- Share Azure best practices, lessons learned and constantly update foundational teammates based on changing technologies, and knowledge related to recent,
current, and upcoming Azure Cloud capabilities.
- Review environment regularly for security, reliability, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Conduct research on environmental issues and propose technical solutions based on foundational initiatives.
- Provide Azure engineering support to operations and foundational teams.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide guidance to technical leadership regarding future issue prevention.
- Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver on agreements made with stakeholders to ensure that expectations are managed.
- Make recommendations to improve stakeholder engagement.
- Participate and contribute to the culture by living the values.
- You will be required to take ownership of key deliverables and drive to implementation.
- Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Positively influence and participate in change initiatives.
