5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, with a strong focus on both cloud and data center networking environments
Proficiency in overlay technologies: VXLAN, NVGRE, VPC
Strong understanding of underlay technologies: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Ethernet, Spine-Leaf architectures
Experience managing and optimizing underlay network infrastructure in data centers
Ability to debug and resolve issues in VPC environments
Experience collaborating with cloud architects to troubleshoot networking issues
Proficiency in using monitoring tools like Splunk, AppNeta or equivalent
Strong documentation skills and ability to improve operational run-books
Participation in on-call rotations and incident response
Preferred technical and professional experience
Exposure to container networking (Kubernetes)
Familiarity with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Python scripting)
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking)
