Site Reliability Engineer 3

Key deliverables:

1. Maintain and monitor system uptime, performance, and infrastructure reliability.
2. Automate system administration tasks using scripting and config management tools.
3. Manage cloud and on-prem environments with a focus on security and scalability.
4. Support incident response through on-call participation and root cause analysis.

Role responsibilities:

1. Administer Linux/Unix systems and troubleshoot networking issues including iptables and IPsec.
2. Support and optimize MySQL and NoSQL (e.g., Aerospike) database systems.
3. Write and maintain scripts in Perl/Golang for automation and operations.
4. Implement cloud services and contribute to infrastructure projects like KVM, Mesos, or DCOS.
