Job Title: Installation QA Inspector

Reports To: Technical Head / Installation Head

Location: Site-based (Travel required)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 3+ years

Job Summary

Ensure quality during installation and commissioning of automated parking systems at customer sites. Conduct site inspections, safety checks, and customer handover.

Key Responsibilities

·        Inspect site readiness (civil work, levelness, anchor bolts)

·        Verify installation quality (leveling, alignment, torque)

·        Conduct safety checks (guardrails, emergency stops, fire safety)

·        Lead FAT/SAT (Factory Acceptance Test / Site Acceptance Test)

·        Prepare site inspection reports, quality register and handover documentation

·        Coordinate with customer QA for SAT sign-off

·        Support warranty and after-sales quality issues

Required Qualifications & Experience

·        BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering

·        5+ years in plant installation QA (preferably automation)

·        Knowledge of safety standards

·        Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) ensure equipment meets design specifications and operational requirements.
