Site Project Manufacturing Engineer

What you can look forward to asa manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d)::

Develop and implement Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), PFMEA, and Control Plans while enhancing capacity and optimizing operations.

Design and oversee pneumatic and electrical circuits, and establish Lean Equipment Specifications.

Drive waste reduction and ensure ergonomic and material handling standards in manufacturing processes.

Lead the design, construction, and acceptance of equipment/workstations, ensuring alignment with SHE, Cycle Time, Labour, and TPM requirements.

Conduct process planning and productivity improvements for new and existing products, focusing on standardization and re-engineering.

Your Profile as Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d):

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE) with 6 to 12 years of experience in relevant roles.

Proven expertise in assembly process planning, capacity enhancement, and low-cost automation.

Hands-on experience in material handling systems, PLC automation, and Smart Factory digitalization.

Strong skills in implementing standardized work content and process improvements for ramp-ups and de-bottlenecking.

Knowledge of methods analysis, ergonomic standards, and productivity improvement techniques.
