Hiring: Construction Project Manager – Hospitality

Are you a Civil Engineering professional with a passion for building world-class hospitality spaces We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our hotel/resort project from ground-up to grand handover!
What's the Role
You'll be the main person in charge at our construction site on the Jodhpur-Pali Highway. From day one of mobilization to the final handover, you'll make sure everything runs on time, within budget, and up to premium hospitality standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Site – Take charge of all construction activities on-site. Make sure every phase of the project follows the right schedule and hospitality-specific standards.
- Control the Budget – Prepare and manage the project budget. Track daily expenses and find smart ways to save costs without compromising quality.
- Handle Vendors & Subcontractors – Get quotes, compare bids, negotiate deals, and select the right subcontractors and suppliers for the job.
- Ensure Quality – Conduct regular site inspections to make sure the work meets high-end hospitality finishing standards and all required building codes.
- Keep Everyone Safe – Identify risks before they become problems. Build and maintain a zero-accident culture on site with strict safety practices.
- Communicate with All Stakeholders – Be the link between the project owners, architects, and site engineers. Share regular progress updates and handle any change requests professionally.
- Handle Permits & Approvals – Coordinate with Jodhpur local authorities to get all necessary permits and licenses in place on time.
Who Are We Looking For
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a Construction Project Manager, with hands-on experience in hotel or resort projects
Skills You Must Have
- Tech Savvy – Comfortable with AutoCAD, MS Project
- Leadership – You can lead large, diverse teams and keep spirits high even under tight deadlines
- Bilingual – Strong communication in both Hindi and English (for managing local labour and corporate clients)
- Problem Solver – Quick on your feet when site challenges or supply delays come up unexpectedly
- Financially Sharp – Good understanding of procurement, contracts, and resource planning
