Hiring for Site Offshore Technology lead- Bridgestone GCC || Bangalore

Key Accountabilities:

Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure quality deliverables from the team. Tracking progress and adjusting as needed to keep the delivery on track in Bridgestone toolsets.

Attract talent and motivate existing high performers.

Manage resource capacity of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members and ensuring that the program/portfolio/platform roadmaps stay on track.

Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.

Communicating with IT stakeholders, including on-site Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, other team members, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.

Lead team members with following skills:

• Agile methodology
• Expertise in building responsive, dynamic websites and applications on AEM.
• Expertise in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Adobe Managed Services.
• Commerce developers, ABAP developers, automation, and functional testers

Expected Technical Expertise:

1. AWS: Proficiency in AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
2. Java: Strong understanding of Java programming, including frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
3. AEM: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager for content management and digital asset management.
4. SAPC: Experience with SAP Commerce is an added advantage.
5. Web Servers: Knowledge of Tomcat and other web servers, including configuration and optimization.
6. Reverse Proxy: Understanding of reverse proxy technologies like Nginx or Apache HTTP Server.

Expected Architecture and Design Expertise:

1. Experience with scalable, secure, and high-performance web architectures.
2. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Expected DevOps and Automation Expertise:

1. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git Repositories, automation tools and infrastructure as code (Terraform ).

Expected Networking and Security Expertise:

1. Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices.
2. Experience with SSL/TLS, load balancing, and DDoS protection.

Ability to work independently under limited supervision or in a team environment.

Understand & Improve business processes and documentation.

Broad understanding of SAP Commerce software offerings, capabilities, and implementation techniques.

Provides technical expertise to the team.

Provides technology leadership to the enterprise Web Hosting eco system

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience, building, managing large teams with complex scope.

15+ years of IT experience, preferably in Front End enablement space.

Strong communication skills and ability to communicate across the organization, up the organization, and to technical teams.

Should have led large scale projects, development projects, integration and supporting large scale platforms.

Should have working experience in global systems, multiple teams including offshore.

Good people management and leadership skills.
