Site Manager Wind EPC Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site execution of wind farm projects
• Manage WTG erection, civil, electrical, and commissioning activities
• Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, OEMs, consultants, and local authorities
• Drive HSE compliance and promote a strong safety culture
• Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and contractor performance
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

Experience

• 8-15 years of Wind EPC project execution experience
• Minimum 8 years in Wind Energy projects
• Strong exposure to WTG installation, commissioning, substations, and transmission infrastructure
