Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Faridabad
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage end-to-end execution of civil, interior fit-out and MEP-related works at project sites. The role involves site supervision, vendor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery of projects within budget and defined quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall project planning, on-site execution, supervision, and control
- Preparation and execution of project plans, phasing, logistics, and timelines
- Site supervision of vendors, contractors, and sub-contractors
- Coordination with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure quality assurance, EHS compliance, and statutory compliances at site
- Procurement planning, tracking, and coordination with commercial & procurement teams
- Monitor project progress through bar charts, schedules, and reports
- Ensure accurate quantity verification, drawing vs site comparison
- Control wastage, rework, and support budget efficiency
- Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Conduct review meetings and proactively close pending issues
- Maintain confidentiality of project data and documentation
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong site execution and vendor management skills
- Working knowledge of MEP services (mandatory)
- Expertise in civil interiors and fit-out projects
- Good communication, coordination, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage timelines, quality, and cost effectively
- Leadership and team management capabilities
Education & Experience:
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
- Experience: 4-8 years in Civil & Interior projects (site-based)
- Experience in MEP coordination will be an added advantage
