About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth on-site operations, timely progress, and quality delivery while coordinating with vendors, teams, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage daily site activities for ongoing interior works
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Handle material planning, tracking, and on-site inventory management
- Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation
- Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained
Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience in interior fit-out projects (residential/commercial)
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and execution processes
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and teams simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of drawings (2D) and site measurements
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- Experience in handling turnkey interior projects
