Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations at the cafeteria, ensuring efficient service and smooth functioning. Responsibilities include coordinating with food vendors, managing inventory, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. The Site Manager will also monitor food quality, supervise staff, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong operational management skills and the ability to oversee daily activities and ensure food safety compliance
• Experience in vendor coordination and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address and resolve customer and vendor issues
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, vendors, and clients
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn operational tools and platforms
• Prior experience in facilities or food service management is advantageous
• Team leadership and supervisory skills, with a focus on efficiency and collaboration
• Relevant certification or degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is a plus
