Job Summary:
The Site Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of assigned food service sites, ensuring smooth operations, quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and team management. The role requires strong operational control, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to manage on-ground challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the assigned site (cafeteria / corporate dining / cloud kitchen)
- Ensure timely and high-quality food service as per company standards
- Manage and supervise kitchen and service staff, including attendance, scheduling, and performance
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards (FSSAI, audits, etc.)
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for inventory planning and stock control
- Monitor food cost, wastage, and overall site profitability
- Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination and issue resolution
- Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Prepare daily/weekly reports (MIS, consumption, wastage, attendance, etc.)
- Implement SOPs and ensure operational discipline across the site
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in corporate catering / cloud kitchens
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and service standards
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene compliance
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing multiple outlets or large-volume sites
- Familiarity with MIS reporting and cost control
- Exposure to audits and compliance processes
