Qualification: Degree in Engineering (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 6 inspectors

Coordinate with customers on quality requirements and issue resolution

Handle customer complaints and drive corrective actions

Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and productivity tracking

Plan manpower allocation and maintain team discipline

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Drive continuous improvement in inspection processes and quality performance

Required Skills:

Manpower handling and team management experience

Automotive industry background

Strong understanding of quality processes, audits, and inspection activities

Knowledge of GD&T, Control Plans, and Quality Standards

Drawing reading, metrology, and measuring instrument handling

Customer handling and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and reporting abilities

Knowledge of QMS and quality tools

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language

Preferred Experience:

Site management/team handling experience

Exposure to automotive manufacturing environments
