DDE UHP is a leading provider of ultra-high purity utility systems for semiconductor, solar, and high-tech industries, with strong expertise in turnkey solutions. We are looking for an execution-focused Site Manager to lead on-site activities and ensure smooth commissioning and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end site execution and commissioning of UHP piping, tubing, and utility systems across multiple sites
- Plan and manage site schedules to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Interpret and execute drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications accurately
- Monitor daily progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, HSE guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment with effective planning
- Identify and resolve site issues, bottlenecks, and technical challenges proactively
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and timely closure of activities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor technicians and site engineers to drive productivity and performance
- Guide site engineers in day-to-day execution and conduct performance reviews with constructive feedback
- Build strong client relationships through regular coordination, issue resolution, and timely project delivery to ensure high satisfaction
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, statutory regulations, and company policies across all project activities
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution and minimize impact on timelines and costs
Qualification and Skills
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical) or MBA with 8–12 years of site execution experience
- Experience in Semiconductor / Solar / EPC projects / Chemical / Specialty Gas preferred
- Strong knowledge of UHP piping, cleanroom systems, site execution, drawings & P&IDs
- Strong leadership, client handling, communication, and problem-solving skills with a safety-first approach
- Ability to manage teams, multiple sites, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office
