About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Site Manager / Site Leader to take full ownership of site-based project execution in Libya. This role is responsible for leading all on-site activities for processing or integrated projects, ensuring delivery aligned with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all site activities, including coordination with subcontractors and suppliers
- Oversee site-based cost monitoring and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Plan, schedule, and track all site activities to meet project timelines
- Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards
- Develop and implement quality plans and ensure adherence to project specifications
- Drive collaboration across site teams to enhance efficiency and overall performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide progress updates to the Project Manager and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with site activities
- Guide installation contractors by interpreting technical documentation and contractual requirements
- Ensure installation is executed in accordance with approved drawings, standards, and norms
- Assist in welder qualification and implementation of welding controls
- Participate in inspections, including box opening and completed installation inspections
- Attend customer meetings and ensure alignment on project execution
- Review and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and P&IDs, providing actionable feedback

Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of full-time experience as a Commercial Site Manager / Site Leader
- Proven track record of managing site operations and delivering project results
- Strong knowledge of OHS standards and site safety practices
- Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Strong technical expertise in installation processes and engineering documentation (drawings, layouts, P&IDs)
