We are looking for a qualified Site Incharge with 8-10 years of experience in construction management to oversee our site operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out to specification and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and supervise site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
