Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Maintenance Management
- Plan, execute, and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper functioning of:
- Transformers
- HT/LT Panels
- Switchgear (VCB, ACB, MCCB)
- Motors & Generators
- UPS Systems & Battery Banks
- Protection Relays
- Cable Networks
- Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime through proactive maintenance.
Site Operations & Troubleshooting
- Identify electrical faults and perform root cause analysis.
- Resolve breakdowns quickly to minimize production or power interruptions.
- Coordinate emergency maintenance and repair activities effectively.
Team Supervision
- Lead electricians, technicians, and maintenance crews.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure productivity and manpower utilization.
- Train and mentor team members on safety, maintenance procedures, and best practices.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Maintenance logs
- Breakdown reports
- Equipment history and calibration certificates
- Spare parts consumption
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for management review.
