Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:*

Lead end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing site.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and workforce optimization.

Drive employee engagement, retention and performance management initiatives.

Oversee Industrial Relations (IR) and ensure harmonious plant-level employee relations.

Ensure statutory compliance as per labor laws and USFDA regulatory expectations.

Handle audits, inspections and documentation related to HR compliance.

Manage payroll coordination, compensation benchmarking and HR budgeting.

Lead learning & development initiatives and succession planning.

Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership and corporate HR.
