About the Role:

The Site Head – West Pune is responsible for driving sales performance, managing project teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets across all assigned projects in the West Pune region. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, team management, and stakeholder relationship skills to ensure that Sellability delivers exceptional results to developers and channel partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Management

  • Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Ensure conversion of qualified leads into site visits and bookings
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve sales velocity
  • Maximize inventory movement across assigned projects

2.Channel Partner Management

  • Build, nurture, and expand a strong network of Channel Partners to drive consistent lead generation, site visits, and bookings across assigned projects
  • Conduct regular Channel Partner engagement activities, project briefings, and relationship-building initiatives to ensure high partner activation and project visibility
  • Monitor Channel Partner performance, resolve escalations, and implement strategies to increase Channel Partner contribution towards overall project sales and revenue targets.

3. Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Site Managers, Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Executives.
  • Conduct daily sales reviews and performance discuss
  • Identify training requirements and support team development

4. Client & Developer Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for developer stakeholders
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to clients

5. Site Operations Management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of assigned project sites
  • Monitor site infrastructure, branding, marketing collateral, and sales experience
  • Ensure compliance with Sellability SOPs and developer requirements

6. Performance & Reporting

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports
  • Analyze lead generation, site visits, bookings, and revenue trends
  • Track funnel performance and conversion ratios

7. Customer Experience

  • Resolve customer escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
  • Ensure transparency and professionalism in all customer interactions.

8. Business Development Support

  • Support onboarding of new projects within the West Pune region
  • Assist leadership in market expansion intiatives
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share and sales volumes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Minimum 4 years of team handling experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market, particularly West Pune micro-markets.
