SITE HEAD / PLANT HEAD MANUFACTURING | INDIA MEXICO relocation

Looking for a manufacturing leader ready to take ownership of an entire site and help build it for its next stage of growth.

We are currently looking to connect with an experienced Site Head / Plant Head for a senior international leadership opportunity with a confidential manufacturing company in Veracruz, Mexico.

The role offers broad responsibility across manufacturing, engineering, quality, delivery, productivity, people and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall plant/site operations and performance

Drive production, quality, delivery and productivity

Develop and execute manufacturing and operational plans

Lead production, engineering and cross-functional teams

Improve capacity, resource utilization and manufacturing efficiency

Establish and monitor operational KPIs

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Identify and eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks

Develop and mentor plant leadership and operational teams

Strengthen manufacturing systems, processes and operational discipline

Work closely with senior leadership on business and growth priorities

Ideal Background

We are interested in experienced professionals currently working as:

Site Head | Plant Head | Plant Manager | Operations Head | Manufacturing Head | Manufacturing Director | Operations Director | VP Operations

Experience in precision manufacturing, aerospace, turbine components, power generation, energy, heavy engineering, machining or other complex manufacturing environments would be highly relevant.

Prior experience working in an international manufacturing environment or with global customers will be an advantage.

Upto USD 100,000/year- Based on experience
