Site Head Mining & Infrastructure Projects

Location: Zambia

Experience: 1015 years in Mining & Project Management (Coal / Magnesium preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall site operations for coal and magnesium mining projects.

Coordinate all on-site activities including production, maintenance, safety, and resource management.

Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with mining regulations, environmental, and safety norms.

Manage manpower, site administration, and logistics.

Monitor project progress, cost control, and reporting to corporate office.

Drive operational efficiency and resolve site-level challenges promptly.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mining / Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in mining operations and infrastructure project management.

Strong leadership, liaison, and problem-solving skills.

Exposure to African / international mining operations preferred.

Valid passport is must
