Locations: Pondicherry | Kaas | Amritsar
Are you a seasoned project leader with a passion for building world-class resorts Join us in shaping exceptional hospitality experiences across some of India's most scenic destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance across multiple resort projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Leaders/Managers.
- Drive value engineering and ensure timely execution through micro-level monitoring.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and corporate teams.
- Resolve site-level challenges and ensure smooth operations.
Preferred Profile:
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 1215 years of experience OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1518 years of experience.
- Degree in Project/Construction Management from NICMAR or a reputed institute preferred.
- Minimum 5 hotel/resort projects completed from concept to handover.
- Strong technical knowledge in Civil, MEP, Interiors, and Landscaping.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay on-site for extended durations.
