JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Site Head Civil to lead and manage multiple government and infrastructure projects across Kerala. The role involves overall site leadership, execution management, and coordination to ensure successful delivery of multiple project sites while maintaining quality, safety, and timeline commitments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee execution across multiple project sites
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workforce
• Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and materials
• Review measurements, quantity take-offs, and billing documentation
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Track project progress and prepare site reports
• Resolve technical and operational issues at site level

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant site experience
• Experience in government or public sector projects required
• Proven ability to independently manage large or multiple project sites

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Willingness to work on-site across project locations in Kerala
• Ability to travel or relocate as per project requirements
• Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations preferred
