Senior leadership role with complete ownership of a chemicals manufacturing site
Opportunity to lead greenfield commissioning and long‑term expansion

Job Description

Full end‑to‑end ownership of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, EHS, security, and administration.
Lead greenfield plant commissioning, stabilisation, and scale‑up to commercial operations.
Establish and drive a strong safety culture with full statutory and regulatory compliance.
Manage and optimise bromination and chlorination‑based chemical processes.
Act as the primary interface with regulatory authorities, inspectors, and auditors.
Lead, mentor, and develop large multidisciplinary site teams with strong performance discipline.
Drive cost optimisation, productivity improvement, and operational P&L performance.
Collaborate with corporate sales, planning, and supply chain teams to align production with demand.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Head should have:

18-25 years of experience in specialty chemicals manufacturing, with prior experience as Unit Head / Plant Head / Site Head.
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Mandatory hands‑on experience in bromination and chlorination chemistry.
Strong exposure to hazardous chemical handling, process safety, and EHS systems.
Proven ability to manage large, multidisciplinary plant teams, including greenfield commissioning.
In‑depth knowledge of Indian manufacturing, environmental, and factory regulations.
Strong leadership presence with an ownership mindset, high safety orientation, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
