Site field engineer

We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to solar systems and inverters. This role is critical in ensuring quick diagnosis, efficient repairs, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to diagnose issues with solar panels, inverters, wiring, and system performance
• Identify faults and resolve complaints end-to-end within defined timelines
• Perform maintenance, testing, and system checks
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for complex cases or replacements
• Maintain service reports, visit logs, and issue resolution records
• Educate customers on system usage and preventive care

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field
• 13 yrs field service or electrical troubleshooting experience (solar preferred)
• Strong technical problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel locally for site visit
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
