Role Description

The Site Execution Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The role entails overseeing and managing the execution of interior projects, supervising on-site activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring that design plans are implemented efficiently and within timelines. The individual will ensure quality control, adhere to safety standards, and maintain clear communication between the office and the site team to resolve challenges promptly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management, Team Coordination, and Resource Allocation
• Knowledge of Interior Design Processes, Materials, and Techniques
• Understanding of Quality Assurance and Safety Protocols in site management
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and manage project timelines effectively
• Hands-on experience with Vendor and Contractor Management
• Proficiency in tools and technologies relevant to Civil and Interior projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
