Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

. Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered

. Oversee technical discrepancies of the project and liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues.

. Liaise with RE / RTO to carry out inspections

. Record work done in terms of project management and engineering aspects

. Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management

. To lead a team of supervisors, safety personnel and skilled workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement

. Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications.

Requirements:

. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent

. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry

. Strong leadership to monitor Sub-contractors and Foremen for the works executed

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

. Strong Knowledge in site safety and able to point out and solve the red flag daily basis

. Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
