Job Description
- 3to6 years experience in residential, High rise experience is there beneficiary upto 40000 offering
- minimum G+5 needed
- Male Btech civil, kannada speaking, banglore work exp needed
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensuring all structural, civil, and finishing works align with approved shop drawings and specifications.
- Implement quality plans, conduct routine inspections, manage snagging closures, and ensure materials used meet industry and statutory standards.
- Preparing weekly targets for the execution team.
- Ensuring the quality of execution in different levels as per the company requirements.
- Material indenting and ensuring the availability of same on time.
- Making the flats for QA inspection and attending the snags.
- Quantity Surveying and estimation.
- Coordinating with clients and handing over the flats to them within the schedule.
- Approving the monthly progress bills for all contractors.
- Monitoring and coordinating other professional consultants (Architecture, Interior, electrical and Structural).
- Issue minutes of meetings and progress reports to project team.
- Execution of all construction activities of Building along with Finishing Items, Preparation of Estimates, taking measurements, Contractor's bill certification and familiarity with external / internal plumbing & sanitary systems, water supply & sewage treatment, Electrical
- Preparing work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports
- Preparation of bar bending schedules.
- Inspect and assess/monitor safety and health on site.
- Ensure that the project is completed by the committed time within the planned budget.
- Submit daily report of the site to PM
