Site Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Maharashtra, India. The Site Engineer will oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities will include supervising construction activities, performing quality control checks, coordinating with team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and reporting progress to management. The role also requires communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

• Proficiency in on-site management and supervision of construction and engineering projects
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in quality control and ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines
• Background in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in industrial or infrastructure-focused projects is an advantage
