Key Responsibilities
- Site Surveys & Scope Assessment:
- Travel to multiple locations across India to conduct on-site surveys and assess the scope of work for infrastructure automation projects.
- Review project specifications and requirements, ensuring accurate interpretation of the client's needs.
- Project Execution & Supervision:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems, networking and infrastructure automation equipment on-site.
- Supervise a team of technicians and labourers to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and provide technical guidance when needed.
- Electrical & Civil Work:
- Perform and supervise electrical work related to the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Ensure that civil work, such as Boom-Barrier foundation setups and structural modifications, are conducted according to safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical solutions to overcome any electrical or civil-related challenges that arise during project execution.
- Boom Barrier Installation & Maintenance (Preferred):
- Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of automated barriers and control systems at various sites.
- Ensure that all automated barrier systems are functional and operating according to project requirements.
- Quality & Safety Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies during on-site operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of work and ensure all systems are installed as per design and industry standards.
- Client Liaison & Reporting:
- Act as the point of contact between clients and the company, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, technical documentation, and site assessments to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Any, Preferable CCNA
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical or networking work and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of civil work and infrastructure projects.
- Experience with barrier installation and maintenance is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working with automated infrastructure systems is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, infrastructure automation, and civil works.
- Ability to supervise a team and manage site operations effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to adapt to various work environments across different locations.
- Travel Flexibility:
- Must be willing to travel extensively across India as per the project requirements.
- Ability to work in diverse conditions and site environments.
