- Personally participate in mechanical assembly, alignment, fastening, and system integration activities.
- Perform site measurements and verify installation quality.
- Ensure deployments are completed according to engineering standards and project timelines.
- Conduct final testing and client demonstrations.
Technical Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
- Support field technicians during complex troubleshooting activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for technical escalations.
- Recommend product improvements based on field observations.
Site Leadership
- Lead and supervise technicians deployed at site.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor execution quality.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and materials.
- Act as the primary technical representative of Greenleap at site.
Preventive and Corrective maintenance

- Maintain commissioning checklists and installation records.
- Prepare service reports and client sign-off documents.
- Document technical issues and field observations.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of hands-on field engineering experience.
- Experience in solar, industrial automation, machinery installation, robotics, or equipment commissioning is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Practical problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and assembly documentation.
- Basic electrical/electronics troubleshooting skills.
- Leadership capability with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in challenging site conditions.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who is equally comfortable:
- Tightening bolts with technicians at 2 PM in the field,
- Diagnosing a technical issue at 4 PM,
- Coordinating with a client at 5 PM,
- And submitting a professional site report by the end of the day.
We are looking for builders, problem-solvers, and field leaders who enjoy taking ownership and getting things done.
