Site Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day interior and woodwork site activities.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and design standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, vendors, architects, designers and site teams.
- Monitor woodwork, modular furniture, carpentry, installation and finishing activities.
- Conduct regular site measurements and quality inspections.
- Ensure proper material availability, quantity verification and material handling.
- Monitor manpower, work progress and ensure projects are completed within timelines.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Coordinate with the design/procurement team for drawing clarifications and material requirements.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site updates and work documentation.
- Ensure quality, safety, cleanliness and proper site discipline.
- Handle snagging, rectification and final handover activities.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month + performance-based growth
