The project - NHSRCL Mumbai-Ahmedabad - Mumbai, India. We are hiring for the position of
Site Engineer - SHE
Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination: Implement the project HSE plan and ensure strict adherence to statutory regulations, labor safety rules, and client standards, while coordinating safety audits and meetings with contractors and client teams.
- Site Inspections & Hazard Control: Conduct daily site inspections to enforce the proper use of PPE and safety barricading, monitor high-risk activities (e.g., work at height, electrical, lifting), and ensure timely corrective actions for unsafe conditions or environmental hazards.
- Training & Incident Management: Cultivate a safety-first culture by delivering toolbox talks and safety inductions, alongside thoroughly investigating and reporting all incidents, accidents, or near-misses to implement preventive measures.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain all required HSE documentation, including inspection logs and safety records, and submit regular, comprehensive safety reports to project management.
Qualifications
- Full time regular B.E/B. Tech with Govt. recognized full time regular Diploma in Safety.
- Incident reporting and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and PPE requirements.Safety inspection and audit skills.
- Safety training and toolbox talk conduction
