Experience :- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in high-rise buildings as civil engineer or site engineer.
Job description :-
- Execute and supervise day-to-day site activities as per drawings and
- specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth
- execution.
- Ensure work quality, safety standards, and adherence to project timelines.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings and ensure correct
- implementation.
- Monitor material usage, control wastage, and coordinate with stores team.
- Plan manpower deployment and daily work schedules.
- Conduct site measurements and certify contractor bills.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and checklists.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, consultants, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements.
- Lead site execution independently for assigned blocks/areas.
- Coordinate between planning, procurement, and execution teams.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely closures.
- Mentor junior engineers and supervisors.
- Support project manager in tracking schedules and milestones.
